In July 1959 Fifth Avenue Coach Lines acquired fifty new TDH-5106 buses, numbered 2645-2694, they were the last TDH-5106 buses produced by GM Coach and were indentical to thirty Surface Transit Coaches of 3020-3050 series. These buses had push type exit doors and featured a protruding destination sign. The box was to house a florescent lighting fixture. They were delivered with the "U"-shapped seating plan.
